the location is great near a subway stop i found it easy to get around i used the king room roll shower mobility access or non-smoking it was accessible and spacious i appreciated the friendly staff who quickly addressed any questions i had

metro entrancewater refill

the gym had free water refills available 24 hours a day i like it. the location of the hotel is so perfect you can visit the city easily, plus, there is a metro entrance just next to it.

The wood furniture in my room shows water damage. It wasn't nice.

The air conditioning was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. also, the promised high-speed wifi was spotty at best. I experienced frequent disconnections. it was frustrating since i needed a reliable connection for work.

convenient location and clean rooms

the room was really clean and the room service made the beds and threw the rubbish away every day. we also had clean towels each day. i had requested a room on a higher floor and they gave us one with a view. the hotel is in an excellent location close to an underground station (very convenient).

the hallways are quite narrow and look a little rundown. i feel that for the price i paid, the quality wasn't quite what i expected.

there is a food truck outside the hotel. it provides breakfast bagels (it's amazing). also, there are many restaurants and shops in the hotel area.

the room was a good size and included soft sheets (i would love to know the material and thread count). the shower was great with very hot water. the room has enough space, if you need to do work or catch up with family electronically.
